It is a cozy place away from the main road deep in the serene forest area. I’d say it is a perfect summer mountain holiday location, as you get vicinity to forest, plenty of fresh air and cozy atmosphere in the hotel. Staff are very friendly. Great appreciation for good mood especially in such uneasy times for Ukraine. We were there for winter holidays, facilities at the hotel are good, the spa clean, newly built I guess, bath, and etc. For skiing one would need a car, as first ski lift is 3 km away. For non skiers it is fine to walk to village center, but if you ski, you’d need to drive.

We stayed for a week in the middle of October and loved everything about this hotel : the location, hiking trails nearby, local markets, amazing fresh food every day, spa facilities. Heated outdoor pool was our favorite. The place was very clean and comfortable. You'll love it.

    Nice and spacious apartment with kitchen and bathroom, there is all you can need. Kitchen equipment is ok. Just great breakfasts with buffet included in the price for the apartment and there is a wide range of options what you could eat for every day. The personnel are nice, helpful and professional. Every day cleaning the apartment. Nice sight from the window. Warmed swimming pool included in the price with slippers and bathrobe. Possibility to order a private sauna and jacuzzi. Tasty food in the restaurant, shisha.

    The hotel is great and very clean. Location is good, almost in center. Very delicious and variative breakfast. There are live music in restaurant on friday and saturday. I recommend to have a massage, lady more than 20 years of experience. The SPA is good, there are 3 saunas.

    Awesome spa - big pool, four different saunas, it was warm and very clean. Location is also great, only five minutes from center of Bukovel. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Staff was very welcoming.

    My experience was lovely at this hotel, I will definitely recommend this hotels to others. Everything was at high level. Breakfast and lunch was lovely, very delicious options. The room was stunning, modern furnishings throughout the hotel . Staff were very nice and friendly. Lots of facilities to experience- 2 pools, 2 saunas, a relax lounge, a salt room and much more. The view was spectacular and the entertainment provided was particularly enjoyable.

    The hotel is new and modern. The interior gives you a feeling of staying in a special exclusively created place. The staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant and all the dishes are above expectations. The warm bones specially baked for breakfast made my day. Spa-zone and outdoor pool are probably the key attractions of the hotel. We had very pleasant time there. I liked the toned glass wall in the shower zone

    One of the best spa hotel in the Carpathian. From the cozy restaurants on the ground floor to the fantastic spa area with a beautiful view of the mountains at the top of the hotel, everything is great here. If you are looking for calm place to enjoy your weekend - HAY hotel is a good choice. Highly recommended.

    Amazing new hotel with breathtaking Spa. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming, making your trip truly special. The pool and saunas are clean and have great view of the mountains. Restaurant is very tasty too, big variety of a-la carte breakfast and really useful 24/7 room service.
