This was one of the nicest hotel stays I had. I arrived very early in the morning (before the reception was manned, many hours before check in time) and still they let in to the lobby where I has access to a nice place to sit, work, have coffee etc. Then the person in charge came in (Nico) and he was super nice. They managed to get me to the room ahead of time (which was a blessing since I was very tired from a long flight, and the room was super nice. The entire stay was really like a home away from home. Location is in a nice neighborhood which for me was close to where I needed to go. I travel often and this is definitely one place I'd be very happy to revisit.

The experience at the hotel was amazing and the staff was great. We specified that we are on our honeymoon and they made sure to upgrade us to a better room and they also left a surprise in the room. The hotel feels luxurios from the moment you enter it. They also have a very nice rooftop bar and restaurant. Great location, walking distance from the White House. Definitely recommend the whole experience.

The staff made the hotel home for us - Anton, Alton, the mature lady at Morsels who was there most of the time, Roy (spelling ? the concierge) were especially excellent in taking care of us. All the places Roy (tall gentlemen’s) recommended for us were especially great. The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The food was great. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The area is safe and everything is within walking distance - pharmacy, restaurants, subway.

It was a wonderful stay here. The staff, from the manager to the pool staff were simply excellent and very friendly and helpful. Everyone at reception was really great too. We had the bikes to ride twice, very good. The room was great with a great view of the harbour. All in all, a great stay.

Staff were so attentive and pleasant. The food was delicious. So good having the pool to unwind in after a busy day sightseeing. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Washington. So close to the waterfront where you will find lots of restaurants.
