The staff!! The catering manager, Dean? I think, and all of the staff were so attentive. The hotel is only a few months old and exudes elegance. The interior design was stunning . The bedroom was so relaxing and having just spent 5 weeks in Vietnam from Hanoi to Can Tho , Charmant suites had the fluffiest towels and cosiest fluffy bathrobes of any similar hotel we stayed in! It was within a few minutes walk of the boats that tour the Mekong. The breakfast never failed to deliver no matter what your food preference was. Excellent.. If you stay, please use the stunning infinity pool.. so relaxing!

The place is beautiful and authentic, the food was excellent, the hosts are experts of Can Tho, helping you feel and do things like a local. We enjoyed our 5 days at Azerai a lot. It's perfect to relax by the pool or your own terrace and have good food and beverages. We used the gym: it's the best gym we've ever been to in all hotels so far. The tennis court is a nice bonus that we used twice. The staff was soo soo nice and super helpful with everything. From the Azerai Arrival Pavilion at the Mainland you can easily walk to many of the main sights in Can Tho along the riverside of the river.

We stayed for 5 nights total and the hotel and its facilities were amazing and super cozy. We really enjoyed the two pools and the laidback vibe of the place. The restaurant had great local dishes and the spa was fantastic. Furthermore they offer different tours and it is easy to book them with the reception. Last but not least I want to mention the staff, who were the kindest and most service-minded that my wife and I have ever met. They were always super friendly and helpful - simply incredible! :) I really recommend staying here!

The staff at the resort are incredibly warm and helpful. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with smile and personal attention. The peaceful atmosphere made it a great break from city life. The pool was great!

The whole trip was amazing and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They supported booking a car to and from the Ecolodge to Saigon. They also kindly organized a floating market tour and gave good advice on how to get to Can Tho to enjoy the city. The staff were friendly and the food was great. And the bungalows were charming and atmospheric. Highly recommend.

Cozy evenings on a river, nice staff and owners (young family). The floating market was the best of all. The tour was not just the market but also some noodle making and fruite garden explanation with tasting.
