Relaxing, beautiful surroundings

Staff were so helpful and pleasant at all times. Helped us arrange flights and airport transfers. The location of the hotel is perfect! A short walk to the beach and plenty of eateries close by. Rooms a good size with small balcony - nice and new. Would definitely recommend. Great value for what we paid!

The apartment is very comfortable, the whole building also has full amenities from swimming pool to spa. The owner is very enthusiastic, the apartment is neat, tidy and clean. The location is also very convenient for going to the beach as well as traveling to other places.

Everything is very new and clean. Room was very spacious and the decor was modern and beautiful. Loved our bathroom and the view of the beach which they kindly upgraded us to. Every team member always greeted us and was always so helpful and polite, the service was exceptional. The buffet breakfast was also great! We enjoyed the free yoga class as well. We have been to Melia in Ho Tram and must say the Gran Melia is next level, really enjoyed our stay here.
