This hotel, hands-down, has the best staff I have ever come across. They are all incredibly friendly and helpful and we received excellent service. The hotel itself is gorgeously decorated with beautiful art. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. The location is perfect. There is a lovely heated pool overlooking the beach for a lazy afternoon in the sun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The family suite we stayed in was huge and very comfortable. The outside deck (rooftop of the hotel) is enormous with table, BBQ and sun lounger. Well kitted kitchen, great air conditioning in the bedrooms (not dining/lounge area) and comfortable beds. Awesome location on the main street with drop-off-and-collect laundry services across the road, plenty of restaurants to pick from and an easy (in distance, not so much in elevation) walk down to Lookout beach

The room was fantastic, a lot of space also in the bathroom. Very quiet location which allowed a restful sleep, and still just a few steps away from the great beach. The team was wonderful, extremely helpful, eager to fulfil every wish. An outstanding experience!
