The staff was helpful and knowledgeable in coordinating local activities Appreciated the thoughtful sustainability features, such as a cold water fountain that eliminated need for plastic bottled water.

Lagos Del Calafate 4-star hotel is located in the city of El Calafate, at the base of Cerro Calafate with incomparable views to Argentinian Lake and only 100mts. from Av. Libertador San Martín, heart of the shopping and entertainment area. I have stayed here twice now. The spa and pool are a plus. The rooms are nice and the hotel is well staffed. Breakfast was good but not great.
