Great location with fantastic view. Super close to the cabin who takes you up to the kindermeile on Golzentipp and about 30 minutes from Wildpark Assling. For us, it was important as we traveled with 2 small kids and these were places we targeted to visit. Resort also has a great inside pool, spacious rooms, and very good breakfast.

While we looked for a simple layover we were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. Both the lodge and the village around looked like something taken out of an Austrian tourist catalog -- a cute mountain-style house, stylish wooden furniture inside, sited among other typical Austrian buildings, forming a village sitting on a hill, with mountain slopes all around -- picturesque! Great hosts, and good food served at the next-door restaurant. No breakfast provided yet we bought all we needed two doors down at a local grocery store. We would love to return in the future for a longer stay.

Very friendly host, very easygoing. Diner was delicious, and there was an extensive breakfast buffet. The hotel works with a honesty bar with a large choice of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), which I found very comfortable. Rooms were clean, comfortable bed. Sauna area was also very nice.

I don't know where to start... the hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet place where time seems to have stood still. The apartments are spacious. We were greeted by a baby cot and a high chair... completely free of charge. The staff is friendly and approachable. They serve homemade products for breakfast. The wellness area is a big plus, the saunas are wonderful. We can't wait to come back.

Offering panoramic views of the Lienz Dolomites, Familienhotel Moos-Alm is located at 1,000 metres above sea level at the Hochstein. The location was great for hiking and biking and a whole bunch of other activities like zip lining.
