The hotel is excellent, beautifully furnished, exceptionally large rooms with a spacious bathroom and lovely balcony right in the heart of Velden. The spa is very nice and the breakfast was tasty with a wide range of options available. The restaurant is very good and we ate lunch and dinner there also and it was very good. We also took advantage of the free bicycle option and cycled all the way around Lake Worthersee, a very nice trip. Expensive but standard for the location. We didn't use the lake access but were given passes if we had wanted to do so.

The staff was excellent, and the lobby area was beautiful. Room was wonderful and comfortable. Breakfast was so amazing that I now order the tea that you served at breakfast because it was so wonderful. The bar tenders were amazing, and the breakfast staff were wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Although I reserved only one apartment without my special request, they gave me two for the same price, one next to the other with a view of the lake. That has never happened to me anywhere. The facility is perfectly organized, although the reception is only open until the afternoon. You can get all information by phone, and most services by pressing a button.
