Very nice place, where you can relax. The villa is small and modern furnished. You will be surrounded only by the forest, that’s why is very quiet place . The spa is also small, but the first day we were the only ones there and it was perfect. The staff is also very nice.

This is our second visit to this splendid hotel, which stands out due to its high quality, spotless cleanliness, and the exceedingly courteous staff. The hotel's reality aligns perfectly with the pictures we initially saw on the booking site. We had the pleasure of dining at the hotel and were delighted by the delicious meal, and the breakfast offered a wide and abundant variety of choices. I'm wholeheartedly endorsing this hotel, and we are certain to plan another stay here. The internet connectivity was impressive! We are deeply grateful for the warm hospitality extended to us.

The 4-star design Hotel Diplomat Plaza is in the centre of Lukovit. It features a spa centre, a heated indoor pool and free WiFi in all areas. It was amazing! Comfortable, great location, and best of all, the staff really went out of their way to help. I had an amazing stay!

Lovely house with big bedrooms in a quiet area close to the river. Felt like at home with well stocked essentials like sunflower oil, napkins, cups, 4 coffee capsules, etc. The TV was smart with YouTube, Netflix, etc. and the WiFi worked well in all rooms. There were occasional cats visiting us while we were sitting outside but they were very cute and seemed domesticated and fun to play with for a few minutes. They contributed to the feeling at home. The path up the road goes into the mountains and was a great 1.5 hours 6km walk (there and back) which was not very steep, just perfect for a short hike by the river in great scenery (we even saw 3 wil deer twice each time we went for a walk!). Everything was very clean and there were leaflets with great recommendations on what sights you can visit within 2 hours drive. The heating was turned on so the whole house was warm and cozy when we got there. They also let us leave a few hours later since the house was not occupied on the following day. We didn't light the fireplace but there was plenty of wood chopped and ready to use, if needed. The introductory message sent by the host made me tear up a bit with the amazingly well poetically written ideas/narrative on disconnecting, lighting the fireplace and truly enjoying the house and the surrounding nature. Will definitely come back when the weather is warmer to test the barbeque outside and the green scenery.

I liked the most the delightful view of the river from my room's window. The rooms were not only clean but also incredibly cozy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were polite. The outdoor pool was a fantastic amenity that added to the enjoyment of my visit. For those seeking relaxation, the hotel offered a small yet exceptionally cozy relaxing zone and sauna. It featured a large window with a serene view of the river. While the food selection may not have been extensive, the quality was undeniable. Each meal was tasty and prepared with fresh ingredients. Overall, the hotel provided a wonderful retreat with its combination of comfort, service, and delightful views.

Beli Osum’s Ostrova Holiday Village has a restaurant with a show cook that serves Bulgarian and international cuisine. It also has an outdoor seasonal pool and an indoor swimming pool. It was peaceful and quiet. Nice spa facilities. Not overcrowded. I had very good massage. Good breakfast and dinner selection. Not expensive wine list. Good surprise! We’ll go again!
