We were a family of 4 adults and had an arrangement for bed and breakfast, but we ate most of the dinners in the hotel as they offered a very good menu-self service. The ski lift is some 20-minute walk uphill from the hotel, which, when carrying 🎿 equipment, might be a bit challenging, but this was a good exercise after a huge breakfast.

The hotel is warm, the spa zone is really nice and it's working until 8 p.m so you may relax after a day out skiing. Malina ski centre is close to the hotel and there is a shuttle bus that takes you there. The bus driver is very nice and helpful and may come to pick you up from the ski centre even out of the scheduled times. There is a ski wardrobe in the hotel where one may rent all they need for skiing and the guy there is super nice too. We are definitely going to rent the appointment during our next visit to Pamporovo.

Guests have access to spa facilities, wellness packages and fitness room. The place, the staff, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, inviting, equipped for excellent hospitality. The only problem was that the apartment was really inaccessible and you had to go up with escalators and not with an elevator. The escalators only go up to go down, you go down regular stairs and a lot. In the end, they sent us help to take down the luggage, but it is really necessary to emphasize that the apartment is not really accessible. But despite this, I really recommend the apartment.
