"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. Lovely refurbished hotel - had everything you needed for a great skiing holiday. This is my second visit this year and it just keeps on getting better!!

During the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. Everything was perfect. From the warm welcome we received upon arrival all the way to when we were leaving. The staff are exceptional and the hotel beautiful. The food is super tasty, plenty of choice for everyone's taste. We had an amazing holiday and we are planning to come back next year! Hotel facilities include a sauna, a relax center bath and a fitness area. The rooms were lovely and the staff were helpful. The food was absolutely delicious with enough choice. Will definitely be staying again when we can.

We didn't use the pool or sauna but they seem perfect. The team.was.very friendly.

We had a great stay at this apartment, It is in a quiet location, inside an hotel, so spa access and meals are optional which is very comfortable. The apartment was well-equipped, perfect for our family with 2 small children, it felt newly renovated and had all the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. Overall, a very good experience!
