A truly luxurious experience. Had the two bedroom apartment for our family of four and it was absolutely huge and perfect, extra clean, quiet. Received a few complimentary services which made the experience even nicer. The hotel is new and everything is designed for comfort. We were on a bank holiday and it did not feel too crowded, always free pool chairs to be foud. The thermal pools are amazing. The thermal area (16+) is very stylish, although the saunas are rather small, but we always found a spot. It is full of families with babies and small kids, but I thought couples could easily find spaces to relax without being bothered. Pool area os well compartimeted. Food was wonderful, especially dinner. Half board definitely worth it. Drinks at the pool bar also great, especially the flavored lemonades. Our whole stay was just comfortable, relaxing and with everything we needed found on site (drinks, snaks, food, pools). Especially for a family with a small kid this is a great place to spend 2-4 nights without leving the hotel. Probably even better in summer when the outdoor area is open.

The two pools and spa were great. There weren't many guests so we had them for ourselves most of the time. It's far from the city so it's really quiet.

New, modern SPA hotel! The rooms (including bathrooms) are very spacious, elegant and very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows, quality towels. Rich menu for breakfast and dinner. The dishes were freshly prepared, with great quality, very tasty and beautifully presented. Nice sauna facilities and pools spa. Medical treatment options available. The staff everywhere was extremely polite, professional and helpful. The hotel has a private parking lot, free of charge. Complimentary bottle of water and cookies in the room. Since we were on the road through the beautiful mountain forrest we felt a very nice relaxation, the hotel is locatar in an oasis of nature and silence, just a few minutes away from the Buzludja Monument, which is amazing, worth visiting. Even though the hotel is in the middle of the forrest and very peacefull surrounding, a big city is just 20 minutes away. The room was big, clean, and very worm despite the cold weather outside. The restaurant has very good food and very good proces. Overall an amazing experience.

Clean and up to standard, with the attention to detail you'd expect from a mineral bath spa hotel to relax and heal your body. The restaurant is fantastic, with an excellent chef. The doorman was very friendly character and assisted us with our luggage.

Hotel Spa Terma offers accommodation in the village of Yagoda, famous for its mineral water. Stara Zagora is 17 km away from the proeprty and Kazanluk is 20 km away. We enjoyed the facilities in the hotel,steam room,inside and outside swimming pool too,relax room, Breakfast - 👍 great.
