Beat and tired, we left our luggage at the reception and was ready to head out for some food. Ernesto and his team surprised us with an early check in as it was my other friend's birthday. Such bolivian hospitality! We were greeted by a cake in the room at check in. He also gave his recommendation on coffee places around the hotel and money exchange. I extended for an extra day and he made the change of rooms an ease. What a competent and exemplary team they have. Thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts from Singapore!
