The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto is located in the heart of Downtown Toronto, overlooking Lake Ontario and the stunning city skyline. Excellent service in general, however truly exceptional service and quality experience at Epoch - the manager Yaroslav is amazing alongside his team at the bar, Jon and Ozzy. They really went above and beyond to make special experiences happen and I will come back to this property expecially because of them. Truly WOW! And truly oustanding gentlemen.

This hotel is located in the upscale district of Yorkville and is near a number of Toronto's finest restaurants. A full service spa, boasting world class spa treatments is available. Beautiful room, staff were excellent. Maxim was very helpful in making my daughters birthday extra special
