I particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the garden where you can simply sit in a chair and relax. The room is spacious and well kept. An outlet mall is just across the street. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

(I am guessing for an anniversary surprise.) It was absolutely lovely. Between the welcome note wishing us a Happy Anniversary, the chocolates and the rose each day, we absolutely loved our stay. We also ate dinner at the restaurant one night and it was delicious. Our server Kate was second to none. She was wonderful. When we checked in to the hotel, the gentleman working the front desk - Kevin I believe his name was - is also incredible and personable. The bakery next door is the best way to start each morning. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back someday.

Located within 500 metres of Niagara Falls, and surrounded by many popular area sites such as Clifton Hill and Fallsview, DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa by Hilton - Niagara Falls features Buchanans Steak & Seafood restaurant, Moose & Squirrel Small Batch Lobby Bar, an on-site Starbucks, AVEDA spa, on-site parking and free WiFi. The front office staff, Mr. Guljit, Ms.Jenny and an Indian (Sikh) young girl were extremely welcoming and helpful. When I requested Mr.Guljit to upgrade us to Fallsview room, he took full interest and allocated us a good room at the required charges. The location of hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Niagara falls and all main attractions.

The Cannery Restaurant boasts all dining options. Guests of Inn & Spa Pillar and Post can also relax at Vintages Wine Bar and Lounge which serves a pub menu. A poolside patio is available for dining. Very relaxing , clean, friendly. We have been to the Pillar and Post a few times, love the spa atmosphere!
