From the moment we arrived, everything at Hotel X Toronto was excellent. Ben warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was reasonably priced with great service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-organized, and offering a beautiful view of the CN Tower. At Roses Social, Star and Maria were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and made us feel truly welcomed. Star added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to Dragan, the manager, who was professional, kind, and gave us great local tips for sightseeing. Only small note: the valet staff could be more warm and welcoming to match the rest of the team. Overall, an outstanding experience. Hotel X fully deserves a 5-star rating, we can’t wait to return!

Rooms feature either a 2-person spa bath or an in-shower steam unit. ​A spacious and excellently equipped apartment. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment and the neighborhood were quiet, even though it's very close to family attractions and a 15-minute walk from Niagara Falls. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was served to the room. The hotel has a parking lot, which is a big plus. I highly recommend it!

The nearest airport is John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport, 21 km from the hotel. Impeccable service from the valet to the coffee shop, it was all excellent. We had travelled from the UK to stay here and it did not disappoint. Thank you to all the staff who make the effort to ensure this place offers standout service.
