We stayed in the Japanese room and it was absolutely perfect. Nice view, sauna on the terrace and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The service is excellent and we felt pampered for the entirety of our stay. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning, snacks and sodas/beer were always available in the room (with the possibility of refills), a bottle of white wine and red wine free of charge in the room and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and a delicious cheese/meat platter. Highly recommended for couples who want to spend a relaxing and romantic weekend in the mountains.

Free WiFi access is provided in public areas. I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

The exclusive 5,500 m² Victoria Jungfrau Spa is equipped with 2 pools (outside and inside), a sauna, and a steam room, Fitness, sports, and health coaching are also offered. Additionally, the NESCENS spa comprises a luxurious private spa for 2 and a cosy spa bar serving healthy spa cuisine. We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

We truly felt at home from the very first moment. Dani and Linda were more than just hosts – they were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure every single detail was taken care of. The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking, and they went above and beyond to ensure we experienced the real spirit of Switzerland, with local stories, traditions, and delicious typical food. It was much more than a stay – it was an authentic Swiss experience that we will never forget

It offers a salt-water outdoor pool, an indoor pool, alpine mediterranean cuisine and parking. Great breakfast, interesting program offerings like a hike, yoga, aqua sports. panoramic indoor pool give you time to relax. Our certified masseurs offer a large selection of Fantastic stay at Eden Spiez - we decided to splash out for our stay and thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were incredible friendly and helpful. Though on the front side of the hotel, the room still had a lovely view of the lake; we were provided with welcome drinks, and complimentary fresh bottled water (still + sparkling) every day plus chocolates; there were apples available for guests as well, plus as a cake buffet in the afternoon. Car parking was in a secure multistorey car park, and the hotel was situated a few minutes walk from the restaurants/shops of Spiez, and lake. We did not use the spa much, but enjoyed a full body massage on the day of arrival, and will certainly look forward to using the facilities more when we return in future.

Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking chalet has a sauna. The chalet is extremely neat and tidy, and such an amazing view of the valley. Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

Yes we have to drive up but the drive there was simply beautiful. This place has an amazing view and even more amazing host. Family Wicki provided us with some groceries when we urgently needed them cos we did not realize the stores would be closed early. They were always in touch with us, asking how we were and met us personally. I would highly recommend this place!

Guests at the accommodation can enjoy skiing and cycling nearby, or make the most of the sun terrace. Everything about this apartment was perfect for a mother-daughter getaway. My friend and her daughter are about to move around the globe, so we brought our daughters for one last weekend getaway before they depart. As moms, we loved the space of the apartment, the kitchen, the safe location, easy parking, having an onsite restaurant, but above all, the VIEW was incredible. Our teenagers didn’t complain about anything, which is high praise indeed. Additionally, although this apartment is private, the staff at the adjacent hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The onsite restaurant and ability to access the pool were nice benefits to this property.
