Excellent hôtel au coeur de Guangzhou. Superbe localisation et excellent déjeuner. C'est un grand hôtel à proximité d'un centre commercial et au centre de la ville. Beaucoup d'option de restauration et de magasinage à proximité.

L’établissement 广州健康方舟骑士物语酒店-东沙地铁站店 vous accueille à Canton, à 7,7 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Fangcun Station. Il comprend une salle de sport, un salon commun, un restaurant et un parking privé... Au top. Situation très intéressante pour naviguer dans Guangzhou ! Chambre très grande avec de belles prestations et surtout bien isolée (rare en Chine). Matériaux de qualité et hotel neuf. Vue sur l’ancienne ville et les quartiers résidentiels traditionnels. Génial le soir pour sortir et s’en sentir comme un local. L’hôtel est situé dans un complexe juste immense ! C’est assez impressionnant de construire de tel bâtiment avec des enseignes locales, mais aussi internationales (restauration, café, supermarché, vêtements), c’est vraiment pratique et ça ferme à 22h/23h environ. Salle de sport au top avec une belle vue. La ville de Guangzhou étant très entendue avec beaucoup de trafic en voiture, la station de métro la plus proche est à 200m à pied. Très efficace pour aller dans l’hyper centre.

The staff were truly outstanding—always attentive, friendly, and professional. A special mention goes to Mr. Lee, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, from the well-maintained rooms to the luxurious amenities like the pool and fitness center. The overall ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay.

I loved the cleanliness of this place, the lake view from my window was just breathtaking. And also the fact that they have a side for non smokers made everything amazing. Their breakfast and buffet dinner was very nice. I will visit again and again

Conçu par KCA, l’établissement Jumeirah Guangzhou est situé au cœur du quartier central des affaires, à quelques pas du centre financier et du centre commercial GT Land Winter Plaza. I stayed there for a week. Super clean and lovely ammenities. The customer service there was the BEST I have ever seen! I stayed in the loft and was there for work but we had a mid-week birthday party with about 15 friends and DJ's and crates of drinks. We had a noise complaint (because there was a baby next door which we didnt know about), so we were totally ready to stop the party, but they called again and instead of telling us to stop the party, they asked us if we wanted to change rooms instead, so they moved us to a room with no one around us, so that we can turn the music up. The staff accommodated this knowing full well we were having a party and did not judge us for partying. They helped us bring crates of drinks up, the DJ decks, and bought us their glassware! We couldn't believe it because any other hotel probably would have told us to stop. Absolutely insane service. This is not to promote partying, please don't do this :) It was just to show how much they care about their customers. The cleaning lady and one of the staff Jack deserves a RAISE! Throughout the week, they gave us complimentary fruit and dessert daily and asked us if we needed anything else. Deliveries are sent to your room so you don't need to go down. The loft is really great for working, it has a really long table. I also stayed in the premier suite which is very big but the table is smaller than the loft, so for working, the loft is great. I have stayed in all the luxury hotels in GZ and this is by far the best for customer service. I was at another hotel before this (the tallest hotel in GZ beginning with R...) and R's customer service was awful and did not treat their customers with respect. Long story short, I came home at 2am from their bar and they ID'd me and didn't believe I was staying in the hotel, I was already there for 4 days and they couldn't remember me and even ID'd me when I had my room key.
