Set in Providencia, 42 km from Manuel Antonio, Savegre Hotel Natural Reserve & Spa features a restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. This was a family trip. The rooms were cozy and well equipped. Extra blankets and heating is provided. The rooms are comfortable and surrounded by nature. It creates a great experience and you have the river sound. If you are not used to that sound it is really relaxing. The hotel has a green house where you can buy and see plants. They are lovely. The trails are very nice. Be mindful that to reach the entrance you need to walk 1.5 Km. La Quebrada is a trail that you can walk with small children. No wheel chair nor prawn/stroller. Los Pioneros is a short and flat trail. Suitable for elderly persons. We traveled with one and was the perfect walk. The food was delicious. The breakfast is a buffet with plenty of options and very tasty.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. But the best is outdoors, with lovely gardens, a pool, multiple seating areas, and a spectacular view of the canyon.

It was a great space for me, although I bet it would also be perfect for a couple. It has a great little park and a great pool. the view from the rooftop is amazing. Recommend staying at this place if you're staying in the San Jose area. This was the last place I booked in Costa Rica before I came back home

I meet the most fabulous amazing hosts couple Dearest Tatiana & Pedro are simply the best, from the start of booking the response was exceptional answering every query and having so much informative information that you could possibly want with regards to the accommodation, keys neighbourhood restaurants places of interest etc.. and it carried on throughout our stay to even more exceptional ++++++Its a absolutely beautiful decorated apartment spotlessly clean, with amenities in the building and amazing location and of course the views. This place exceeded our expectations. The neighbourhood and area so safe and quiet with access to anywhere you would like to go.The apartment is spacious and the bed very comfortable with high quality sheets pillows towels, the free toiletries are of high standard as well as all amenities and furniture. Wifi is great and the balcony and furniture is a big plus. There is absolutely everything you need in the kitchen and cleaning equipment with washer dryer for all needs. Impressive and absolute sums up very thoughtful and one of a kind a true GEM Tatiana & Pedro and I hope that I will return there again. Thank you once again for everything. The staff were absolutely wonderful – especially Cameron and the lovely woman at the front desk (whose name I sadly forgot).
