The Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden is a luxurious lifestyle retreat nestled in Berchtesgaden amidst the idyllic Bavarian Alps, offering breathtaking mountain views. Breakfast was excellent and so was the veiw staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for what I wanted to do.

This small boutique and Design Hotel is a romantic hideaway located beneath Neuschwanstein castle 3km away from Füssen. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile — something you truly appreciate after a five-hour journey. The rooms are stunning, with a magical atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the castle. Honestly, the price feels almost too low for what the hotel offers. You can also book tickets for both castles directly through them, and they’ll hand them to you the next morning — super convenient. They offer the possibility to dine at their restaurant as well. We arrived too late for dinner, but they still prepared a tasting platter for two with sausages, cured meats, cheese, cherry tomatoes, and plenty of their delicious homemade bread. We couldn’t even finish it! Breakfast was absolutely outstanding — calling it “complete” would be an understatement. All in all, highly recommended. If I had to point out a flaw, it would be the flies — they’re everywhere. But hey, we still haven’t figured out how to control insect minds, so…

The front desk is only open until 8 PM; afterward, you need to enter and exit through the back door. Encountered three different staff members at different times, one of whom has a lower proficiency in English, but overall, they are all very enthusiastic. The location is also very close to lively areas. The breakfast content and quality are excellent, worth coming back for.

This hotel is located a few minutes' walk from Lake Forggensee, 8 km from Füssen town centre. It offers country-style rooms and a terrace with a panoramic view of the Allgäu Alps and the royal... J’ai absolument tout aimé lors de mon séjour ! L’accueil était chaleureux et le personnel extrêmement sympathique et serviable. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était tout simplement magnifique : varié, frais et très savoureux. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également idéal. Une expérience parfaite du début à la fin. Je recommande cet hôtel vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent confort, qualité et un excellent service !

This 5-star family-run hotel in Bad Füssing offers an extensive garden with sun loungers, free WiFi and free parking in the underground garage. The staff were very friendly and the spa was amazing. It was easy to find a place by yourself in the upstairs infinity pools. The physiotherapist was amazing and really helped my pain levels. The food was incredible. Plentiful and of a very high and tasty standard. A seven course dinner no less and included in half board. The hotel had free e-bikes to borrow and the town was set out so perfectly for riding around. You can ride over the bridge between Germany and Austria. There were many fitness activities you could sign up for like stretching and water aerobics. I had a wonderful time. I could have stayed there another week at least!
