I was in giza, in cairo, now i’m in hurghada And i don’t like hotels in this place. I can say that in Egypt only this hotel i find which is the best. Rooms are very clean and comfortable you will feel that you are at home. Staff is paying attention to everything they trying to help you in every time. Food is very tasty they have many options as you like. Hotel very beautiful. i recommend staying here ❤️

From the airport pick up to the airport drop off everything was perfect. I had a warm welcome at Steigenberger Nile Palace Hotel. Thanks to the hotel staff, the atmosphere in the hotel is incredible, which made my holiday and my stay very special. I was amazed by the hospitality and kindness of the hotel staff. The employees are very professional, everyone was so friendly and helpful and they made me feel very comfortable and safe. Furthermore, the restaurants/bars in the hotel and the food (breakfast and dinner) were amazingly delicious. My hotel room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and had the perfect view on the Nile, which was stunning. Also, the travel agency of the hotel, Nasco, was very helpful in booking my tours (and I had the best tour guide with so much knowledge and interesting things to tell!!). All in all, I had the best stay, thanks to the Steigenberger Nile Palace Team and everything they offered. I would book the hotel again and I recommend you doing so as well. Thank you Steigenberger Nile Palace Team for making my stay so special and for putting in all the effort! I really appreciate it!

L’établissement Nile Cruise Luxor 4 nights Aswan 3 nights bénéficie d’un emplacement stratégique dans le quartier Nile River Luxor de Louxor, à respectivement 1,3 km, 1,5 km et 16 km de ces lieux... Superbe séjour sur le bateau Semiramis 2 qui était très peu occupé du fait de la basse saison et de notre trajet Louxor vers Assouan qui semble être moins réservé que l’inverse. Toute la famille a adoré, le moyen de locomotion silencieux, apaisant, les vues sur la berge du Nil, la visite des Martins pêcheurs devant notre fenêtre, les repas frais et variés qui nous ont régalé, les sculptures de serviettes pliées que les enfants ont adoré (merci encore au jeune homme que nous avons surpris un jour en train de les réaliser, son large sourire en découvrant le notre valait de l’or). Le personnel se donne beaucoup de mal pour vous satisfaire, ils sont très professionnels. L’organisateur avait booké sur notre demande un guide francophone qui était très intéressant et très aidant, merci également à Anwar que nous avons été ravi de rencontrer. Toute la famille gardera un fabuleux souvenir de ce séjour !

L’établissement TIA Boutique Nile Cruise - Every Monday from Luxor for 04 & 07 Nights - Every Friday From Aswan for 03 & 07 Nights se trouve à Louxor, à 1,3 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Luxor Museum. Que dire.. tellement tout était Parfait. Prise en charge a nôtre hôtel a Luxor par Mr Izaac qui nous a tout expliqué jusqu'au bateau le Tia. Tout le personnel d'une extrême gentillesse, souriant, attentionné et serviable a toute heure. Des buffets digne de grand hôtel..énormément de choix avec produits de qualités..des jus frais karkadé, goyave ou mangue a tomber 😋 Belle chambre conforme aux photos..Spacieuse avec son petit salon, et baie vitrée qui s'ouvre. Merci encore a Ahmed pour l'entretien de celles-ci et de découvrir de jolie décorations sur le lit. Merci a Mr Mohamed le Directeur pour son accueil et sa bienveillance.. mais chut 🤫

The staff were amazing - John the managers was brilliant the restaurant manager was fantastic and the two cabin attendants were so excited about their nightly towel art that they stayed to watch your reaction. Boat is very comfortable food was really good
