Booking was for my parents celebrating their Ruby Anniversary. Very charming one-night stay in this local guest house. Facilities were clean, host was very hospitable. Location was spot on. Would recommend to anyone traveling to visit Abu Simbel.

When I got there, they gave me a full run-through of the resort—restaurants, gym, all the facilities. The Jazoor restaurant was a real highlight: great food, beautiful Nile view, just the perfect combo. Breakfast was just as good in the lounge. Big thanks to Dina Hassan at reception, she was super supportive and really made the stay even better.

The resort is located in a nubian village in a very remote location, however the hotel has many offers for transfers and tours so it is really no problem. I would recommend this resort to anyone staying in aswan it as such a unique experience.
