Perfect location on Gran Canaria, near dunes. We had a room with a view of dunes and the sea. Every night there were events with live singers. Cocktails were amazing, pool was great, snacks at the pool were outstanding and the most important the staff were very kind and nice.

Guests at the accommodation can enjoy a continental breakfast. A Spa is available for a surcharge. Pools were excellent for kids to enjoy. Buffet for dinner was changed day by day. We are glad to have all inclusive plan. We could drink and eat whenever we wanted. The dinner on 31st Dec was highlighted moment. We were satisfied with that. Overall service was the best in my experience. Highly recommend. If possible, would like to come here in summer season.

The on-site restaurant, La Canaria, serves 7 times a week a buffet with cold, warm plates and desserts. Every evening we have a different theme night; Spanish Buffet, Italian Buffet, Tex-Mex buffet, international Buffet, Outside Barbeque. All the staff were very kind. Everything was just great. High standards on every single thing at the hotel. Every little detail is carefully selected so the whole experience is amazing in every way. Furniture, food, plants, luxury, living areas and music. All staff is so friendly and kind.

All the facilities they have in the hotel are just so well organized. Facility to take care of kids in the hotel is really great as well. It was such a good experience staying in this hotel. We will come again.

We had a free upgrade to a Junior Suite and loved it very much. The hotel is very attentive and congratulated my husband on his birthday with champagne and cake without me asking.

All units include a seating area with a sofa. Beautiful view from the room and silence (just the sound of the ocean). Nice swimming pool with a lot of available sunbeds. Breakfasts were tasty, but the same every day. Many good restaurants around. There is an interesting bar and well-equipped gym that almost nobody uses. The hotel is located on the cliff. Walking to the nearest beach (a lot of medium stones) or the main street requires stepping down high staircases.
