The facilities were excellent and the staff were very friendly. The pool and spa services were great, My parents enjoyed their massage/face treatments. The hotel has historical parts from the old factory, giving it a nice atmosphere. Nicely decorated, with great views and above all the staff service was incredible and made my parents feel special. So thank you and totally recommend it.

An indoor play area is also available for guests at Casa Rural SPA El Rincón de Palmacio. We loved every minute of our stay with Rosa & Lorenzo. From the minute we walked through the door they made us feel welcome in their lovely home. We have little to no Spanish and they have little English but hey, we had such a fun time with Lorenzo's talking interpreter gadget and Google translate, It was delightful. Even Lorenzo's mum made us feel at home. Rosa's cooking is exceptional and we would love to return one day and spend more time in their charming village. If you want peace & quiet, off the beaten track and away from souvenir shops and tourists then this is the perfect getaway.

The hotel has a spacious living room with a fireplace, sofas and a large window overlooking the Tagus River. There is also a table tennis room. The location was spectacular. Beautiful views. The welcome was very good by Raves ( I think I remember his name correctly, apologies if not). He even rang us to offer support before we left to travel to the hotel. Our room was excellent We had a lovely big balcony overlooking the River Tagus as well as a 4-poster bed and a beautiful bathroom. The evening meal was excellent. All told, we enjoyed our stay.
