The hotel is quirky & the staff were extremely welcoming. The breakfast buffet was gorgeous, would recommend enjoying it out on the rooftop as the views into Paris are stunning. Bathroom was spacious & the beds were the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on - like being on a cloud! We were staying since we had tickets to the Eras Tour - the location was fantastic for getting to La Défense as well as into the city easily, and after the concert, it was brilliant to come home to a plush bed for a well deserved rest!

We had two connecting rooms, for ourselves and our two sons (4 & 8 y.o.) This was very practical and nice. Two bathrooms, hallway and enough space. Everybody had a good sleep. The design is quite sophisticated, but not as spectacular as the first Mama Shelter we stayed, in the east of Paris. Still very nice! Breakfast on the fourteenth floor was very good with nice view over Paris. Coffee was made by a barista. Great atmosphere.

Spacious and clean room. The breakfast is rich and tasty. Car parking place is available just under the hotel. Contact the hotel before arriving to get the parking name and address. The metro is 2 minutes walk and within 10 minutes you are in the Champs-Élysées. Plenty of shops around that open even on Sundays and holidays.

The breakfast was good and even the location. Very good the availability of the parking space, this helps a lot.

Rooms are spartan. Bathroom was dirty (mildew) and tap was broken. Basic is ok but then iall must be clean and working. This was nit the case. Breakfast also too basic. In Paris you expect a good coffee in the morning…

Great location, close to Line 1 that brings you to all hotspots of Paris. Good breakfast and very kind staff. Rooms are very big for Paris principles. Safe parking space for the car available.
