Beautiful property it’s a bit of a drive to get to restaurants but the hotel has a restaurant as well as a bar (just make sure to make a reservation and check the hours) the rooms are rustic and authentically Scottish feel. What stood out the most was the hotel staff they were exceptional!

Built in 1854, this hotel was once the High School of Stirling. Less than 10 minutes’ walk from the city’s historic castle, it has an AA Rosette-awarded restaurant. Great location. Spacious rooms. Good value.
