A recently renovated holiday home set in Llanbedr, Tiny Romantic Retreat with Hot Tub on a Country Estate near Cardigan Bay in Eryri Snowdonia features a garden. The holiday home offers a spa experience, with its hot tub, spa facilities and wellness packages. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The cottage was very secluded (except for the host house obviously). Hot tub was excellent and we were lucky to have clear skies at night to sit out under the stars. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. WiFi and Netflix worked great. Julia put up Happy Birthday bunting for my other half ahead of our arrival which was a really thoughtful gesture! Also, really good communications from the host ahead of our stay which was really helpful.

It was comfy with enough space for everyone and our belongings. We averaged 4 or 5 in each one but we would have been comfortable enough with 6 its all just personal preference!

Ruth and her husband gave us a very warm welcome, we had a delicious homemade Victoria sponge cake waiting for us that me and partner loved! We ate every single bit. The cabin was so cosy and we felt very peaceful there with the beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere! Just what we needed.

On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the holiday home's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. We went to the cottage on a little honeymoon and we took our dog. Honestly, this was a 10/10, short drive into the village with shops and takeaways. All amenities you could think of and well kept. Very clean and the hosts were lovely. We’ll definitely be returning.

Located within 35 km of Elan Valley and 22 km of Dolforwyn Castle, Trewythen Lodges in Caersws provides a spa and wellness centre and rooms with free WiFi. The accommodation has a sauna. Clun Castle is 42 km from the holiday park and Maesmawr Golf Club is 5 km away. The location was very good, especially for a wedding at Plas Dinam Country House. Ann the host was excellent and there if needed. Everything is clean and tidy and the views of the hills are wonderful. Bottle of white wine in the fridge left for us went down well also.

The Thermal Suite offers the spa pool, sauna & steam room for an extra charge which would be best pre-booked prior to arrival to avoid disappointment on the day. Guests can also book a range of treatments. The views were just breathtaking. The assistant manager in the all day dining was just a breath of fresh air. He just made us feel so at home. Thanks for the beautiful cake that made my husband’s birthday extra special. The spa was just lovely. The two ladies that did our massages were so amazing.

When the place is so exceptional, I only noticed "First World Problems": champagne glasses could have been nicer, soup was a little too hot, bread could have been brought warm.
