The room was beautifully designed, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary water, coffee, and high-quality toiletries, which made the experience feel extra special. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Dior and her team for doing such an amazing job! We also loved the location — it was perfect for exploring the area while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this stay made our trip truly memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run, outstanding place to stay.

À seulement 2 minutes à pied de la plage de Kamari, le Santorini Kastelli Resort jouit d'un emplacement reculé. The staff made the resort spectacular. Check in time was at 3 pm, but our flight arrived at 8, and the stopped by hoping to just drop off our luggage so we could tourist about the island, but the staff invited us to an extra day of the fantastic breakfast and rushed to have our room ready around 12. The staff went way above and beyond to take care of us and give a great experience. Especially for the price, I cannot recommend this resort enough. You're getting a 5-star resort for the price of a mediocre hotel.

Staff was super helpful they booked for us rest reservations and helped with anything we needed. breakfast was good and they have a bar/restaurant at all times. the room was nice and clean. We rented a small car so enjoyed hanging out in the quiet hotel outside the touristy areas , and driving to visit other villages/beaches/ rest when we wanted. Highly recommend

We booked the sunrise suite but decided on the spot to upgrade for the sunset suite, which cost more but is totally worth it! The suites, view and pool are unbelievable! We always stayed for diner in our room with great room service and nice dishes - stunning sunset. Once of the best experience of my life

You will never know, looking from the outside what is hidden on the inside… but let me give you a clue. You will be pampered and looked after by the fantastic staff who will anticipate and accomodate your every need. You will sleep in beds that feel like laying on clouds in rooms that are beautifully designed. Ours had a jacuzzi on the patio. You will eat food that is prepared with love so you have energy to get the most of every nev day. You will listen to great tunes by the pool while enjoying the sun, your company or simply a good book. Everything was outstanding in our experience here- I mean everything! But… none of it would be exeptional without the people behind it. So, book your stay- if you are lucky enough to be able to find a room. And bring your positive energy to this magical place, and see what happens! We found friends for life and we will come back year after year I’m sure. L’établissement Neo Suites se trouve à Fira, à 500 mètres de ce lieu d’intérêt : Musée archéologique de Santorin. Everything was stunning! Very very friendly and helpful staff. Room was amazing, very clean and with a beautiful sea view. Plunge pool was clean and comfortable. The staff booked us really good excursion. I also booked a massage, really revitalizing! Breakfast was delicious.

Un immense merci au manager Bruno ainsi qu’à l’ensemble du personnel pour leur gentillesse et leurs attentions, notamment pour les cadeaux d’anniversaire qui m’ont beaucoup touché. Chaque instant passé ici a été magique : le personnel est aux petits soins et toujours attentif à nos besoins. L’hôtel est d’une propreté impeccable, élégant et d’un calme très appréciable. Le niveau de service est remarquable, avec une vraie attention personnalisée. Bravo et merci à toute l’équipe pour avoir rendu ce séjour inoubliable !
