Internet was available via wi-fi, good and strong signal,reliable. Tv in every room and in the living room. Clean and cosy.

When you first arrive, from the street it doesn't look very exciting. However, when you get in and are shown to your room, you can see that a gifted interior designer has been at work. A pleasant surprise, making the stay rather enjoyable. Unfortunately they didn't offer breakfast at 4.30, but I could live with that.
