The staff was super professional and friendly, which made my whole staying experience peace of mind.

They made me feel welcomed and valued by exceeded my expectations beyond and above. I’ve got hospitality experience myself overall 10 years in management position, those guys are genuinely amazing people and professionals. I wish all the five star hotels have hired people like this team. Before my early departure they prepared coffee for me the way I like it, and breakfast to go, because they knew I would not have time to get a breakfast at the hotel. Great breakfasts and coffee, and coworking space to boot so you don't have to keep in touch with the office in your bedroom! We had a junior suite overlooking the back of the hotel. It had a very private and HUGE balcony, the room was very clean and reasonably quiet for a beach location in Canggu.

Nothing was too much trouble. They offer fun activities throughout the day like poolside bingo, and complementary slushes and cocktail tasters.

Guests can also warm themselves near outdoor fireplace after a day of cycling. The location is very quiet, clean and beautiful. Rooms and yard cleaned daily, the food is good and super affordable. They take great care of the garden, the sunbeds aound of pool and very attentive to everything. You can rent scooters directly from them. All the staff are great people, I really don't have words to describe how cool they are. And, the perfect place for vacation.

The location was amazing, on a side street from the busy main road and surprisingly quiet and safe area. The roads are narrow in general without sidewalk so just be aware of cars and scooters. The staff was incredibly available 24/7 and helpful, looking up questions and offering ideas, and letting me know when they weren't sure. They even responded quickly over Whatsapp before I arrived when I had some questions. I didn't try the restaurant but it looked good! I loved their environmental focus - with glass refillable water bottles in the room. They have a minifridge and shower and a smart TV to connect Netflix etc if wanted.
