"7-star" service and food, very friendly and professional staff throughout, and the food was the best I've had in my entire life period, both in the restaurant downstairs, and in "Falak" on the 17th floor, overlooking the City. Simply exceptional, and a must visit for anyone visiting Bangalore. We had a free upgrade for doing absolutely nothing ;) and the room was sublime, I could live in there permanently it was that good. Beautiful property and a huge, gorgeous room with luxurious facilities. The staff heeded all my requests--it was my husband's birthday and even though we only stayed for a night they really went out of their way to make things memorable for us. I'll not forget the lamb dishes at the restaurant that were served to us as part of the special dining package--they were spectacular.
