But the trulli we stayed in is very well modern equipped. From warm fireplace to a nice spacious kitchen and dining area. Direction from our host is most helpful. Breakfast at Cosi Com’era is most splendid. Very generous servings and mostly homemade and very delicious.

Loved the balcony with a stunning sky during sunsets, Balcony gave my stay a nice italian flair & charme! Will be back when staying in Polignano for sure!

Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. The room, hotel, and surroundings were incredible but what we will be talking about for years is the service. Not sure if I can say names on here but the very personable lady who checked us in (the one that had formerly worked at Disney) was so incredibly helpful, giving us a tour of the whole property upon our arrival which is quite large and giving us many recommendations for our few days in Puglia. The head of the bar program (the one who had previously worked in London) was so passionate about his craft, making very unique cocktail made almost exclusively with ingredients of Puglia or even the property. Some of the best cocktails we have had and great company too. This hotel is first rate and the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in, it doesn't get any better! We were quite sad to leave and say goodbye to the staff, thanks again for the great experience.

All decorated with taste and attention to detail. The view was perfect, the room was great (better than the pictures) and the mattress of high quality with memory foam pillows. We all had the wow factor. Massage treatment was also excellent and the swimming pool was also perfect.
