Perfect temperature of the room and all the accessories for the bathroom are available. Breakfast made with only fresh and homemade cakes, omelettes and eggs, with other sweets pastries and juices.

L’établissement Relais Villa Prato vous accueille à Mombaruzzo, à 41 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Serravalle Golf Club. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and enjoyed two dinner at the restaurant. Staff are kind and helpful, tour to Berta Distillery was arranged and it was interesting to visit. SPA facilities are good, unfortunately it was closed early, it would be better to extend the opening for hotel guests. Rooms are great with good space and modern bathroom. We were on the top floor with sloped roof, it took time to get used to it, big luggages are a bit difficult to come up the stairs, and aircon does not seem to work so it was a little hot. Charming and beautiful town, worth the visit.

The overall experience was fantastic, and there are several highlights to share. First and foremost, the hotel is exceptionally clean and spacious. We appreciated the effort put into maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the entire property. Our room was comfortable, and we loved having windows on both sides, allowing fresh air to circulate naturally. The shared kitchen and buffet were a pleasant surprise. It allowed us to enjoy delicious meals at our convenience, and the variety of options catered to everyone's tastes. The convenience of having this facility made our stay more enjoyable and saved us from seeking restaurants outside. The highlight for our kids was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was well-maintained, clean, and inviting. They had a blast splashing around and enjoying the poolside amenities. It's great to see that the hotel provides a family-friendly environment. The location of the hotel might not be super close to touristic places, but that's what made it special for us. The quiet Italian village setting provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of crowded tourist destinations. If you're looking for a serene getaway with an authentic Italian vibe, this place is perfect. To top it all off, the spa facilities were simply amazing. The saunas and massages offered a true retreat for relaxation.

From the moment we arrived everything was amazing, the staff are lovely, we arrived early and they said our room would be ready in 10 mins and gave us coffee in the beautiful gardens while we waited, then showed us to our room, we were in heaven from there - pool amazing, food yummy - we will be back and i would recommend to anyone, great value for the time of year

The pool, jacuzzi and surrounding view make for an exceptional holiday. The view from the balcony is perfect when enjoying dinner. It was an exceptional venue.

The owners Mario and Barbara where amazing! They made us feel comfortable right away and were perfect hosts, the cold pool was a welcome break on a hot day, the jacuzzi perfect for sunset, and the forest walk was amazing after breakfast. You definitely need to try the Aufguss (hope I spelt it right) Sauna with Mario, a spiritual and opening feeling. They really take cleanliness serious here, ensuring all hygienic steps are definitely followed. All in all a great stay with an absolutely outstanding landscape that gives you total relax and freedom. Will be coming back

The service, cleanliness, luxurious appointments, interior and exterior ambience and calmness was most impressionable. We look forward to the day we can return again, but in the meantime, we'll just have to tell all our friends how picturesque and wonderful it was.
