Located in the Umbrian countryside, La Quercetta features an outdoor pool and a panoramic terrace. The centre of Foligno is a 10-minute drive away. Awesome hotel, excellent location, adorable view. The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. The dining Service Claurinda, Juliano, Julia, Suella, Luna, Michela, Bruna, Olympia & specially Tania. Special thanks & big hug to Claurinda & Giorgia. From Montreal, Canada. Surrounded by countryside at the borders of Tuscany, Umbria, and Lazio, Altarocca Wine Resort Adults Only has several buildings, rooms and welness suites. Free parking and free WiFi are available. Altarocca is quite close to Orvietto. The hotel has beautiful garden, nice swimming pools and excellent food. The room is spacious and the air conditioner functions perfectly (absolutely a plus in Italian summer).

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The location on top of a hill, with 360° views is stunning. Beautifully manicured grounds, lovely pool and the room was spacious, very clean and elegantly furnished. The breakfast buffet offered lots of variety including homemade cakes, fresh fruit and eggs made to order. Served on the terrace, it was a great way to start the day. We also ate lunch and dinner here twice during our stay and everything was delicious. The real highlight for us though was the staff; they are so welcoming and incredibly gracious. Paula and Harald deserve special mention, as nothing was too much trouble for them. We are so grateful to Harald especially for driving us to the train station when our taxi failed to arrive for our VERY early departure. Thank you so much! Needless to say, we would stay at Porsenna Resort again without hesitation.
