The location is perfect, the facilities were fantastic, the restaurant was reasonably priced with beautiful food and all the staff were beyond friendly and helpful - special shout out to Richmond the barman, the groundsman who’s name I’ve forgotten sorry, and the young lad on the gates. I had a hot stone massage which was incredible and again the ladies in the spa were lovely.

The location is superb, I like the fact that it is set away from the hustle and bustle of a city. The grounds is beautifully presented and you cannot help the feeling of calm and tranquility.

Really nice hotel, the place was supposedly full but you’d never know! Felt like we were the only guests there. V peaceful. Staff attentive, pool great (and empty!), only had a few meals in but they were v nice.

This 5-star couples-only accommodation in Negril boasts an FieldSpa, on-site dining and a bar made from 2 limestone grottos. The location and design are stunning! This is the hotel for those whose tastes run to traditional, organic, natural and homespun. Nothing corporate or soulless here! A place out of time with a real old-fashioned Jamaican vibe, and sustainability- and conservation-conscious. So many lovely little touches. The rum taster session in the underground cave was especially cool! The band who played us Bob Marley songs under the stars.... The staff were all, without exception, super friendly and helpful. New friends were made! The place feels like a family, complete with lovely family of tiny cats ❤️
