From the start to end everything was perfect. The room view, the room size, the bathroom and the amenities, the cleanliness, the little cars in front of the door to inform you that cleaning is in process. The breakfast, the dinner, the chef thanking to customers for eating his food. I recommend the massage, seems expensive at first look but is is a marvelous experience. The F1 circuit just close and the museum in the same building are bringing a lot of enthusiasts, in the rest Gotemba shopping is bringing others. I can say that we felt spoiled and lucky to be there.

Hot spring baths were amazing too: luxurious, very comfortable and with beautiful sea views! Premium gazebo was especially great! Really worth it! Employee, who helped us in room was very attentive, helpful and made all we could need to take all the best from our staying! Special thanks for pleasant conversations and tons of very interesting information! You made our staying unforgettable! Additionally to traditional breakfast, we asked for Kaiseki dinner - it was third Kaiseki we got, and truly, the most delicious and impressive! Fish was as fresh as it is possible, serving was full of beautiful and very interesting details! Last, but not least part of our rest was massage in award winning GECCA SPA: to be honest, Suzune gave me greatest massage I ever got! She was so attentive and diligent, made message with so masterpiece, that I’ve got extreme pleasure and relief! More over, it was first time when I feel, that therapist don’t just do it work, but really cares of me!🙏🏻 Btw, my wife never liked massages, but even she was really impressed by Suzune’s work!
