I don’t know the name but an old man staff near the lounge was so polite and helpful. The free lounge and pool and onsen was so so so good . Dinner and breakfast was also very nice and 5star quality food and drinks. Parking is very spacious and free. Wheelchair ♿️ person can also enjoy the hotel . Best part is you can use digital payment also like PayPay and merpay , credit card . No ❌cash payment is accepted. Toilet was clean and reception is very big .

Situé à Kumano Kodo, le Sansuikan Kawayu Midoriya propose des chambres de style japonais et occidental. Un parking et un service de location de vélos sont disponibles gratuitement sur place. Staff was especially friendly and chatty, which is appreciated for western people. The buffet was very good. Mixed outdoor baths were a nice touch.

Set in Shirahama, 1.1 km from Shirarahama Beach, Infinito Hotel and Spa offers accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a restaurant. Amazing hotel with incredible views. Service was excellent. Room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The private outdoor bath was so relaxing. The public baths also offer an incredible view. The hotel itself is located in a fairly isolated area from the town, but they have a very convenient shuttle service that you can reserve to pretty much get to all of the big attractions in the area. They also come to pick you up from the train station and drop you off on your check out date. Amazing hotel and highly recommend.

Au bord de l’une des plus belles plages urbaines du Japon, une expérience de ryokan modernisée avec onsen et buffet japonais. Le kaiseki est bien entendu excellent !

Sansuikan Kawayu Matsuya is situated just a 2-minute walk away from Kawayu Onsen bus stop. The service was excellent. We had a problem due to travelling and the staff was extremely helpful and flexible. The onsen was so relaxing and had stunning views, right next to a beautiful cold river. The foodbuffet was delicious. I have celiac so I have to eat glutenfree, and the staff went to great lengths to make sure I could eat delicious glutenfree Japanese food. They showed me carefully which dishes were glutenfree, they even made a special plate for me. The Japanese style room was very nice and quiet. Location is great if you want to go on hikes. The free shuttle bus service is excellent and they even pick you up if you can't make it back to the hotel yourself after your hike. Very good value for money. Much recommended!
