We stayed in a beautifully designed, cozy room (everything inside was chosen with care and filled with comfort) The atmosphere at Emboo is magical: peaceful nature, evenings around the fire on soft poufs under the stars, delicious meals, and a deep connection to the nature. We would especially like to thank: Felix, our safari guide — calm, deeply experienced, and one of the best in his field. He made every game drive feel personal and insightful. Tobin, the photographer, full of passion and soul. Every photo he took captured something deeper than just an image. Rhoda, who looked after us during every breakfast, lunch, and dinner with incredible kindness and attention. And Pedro, who always brought a smile, kindness, and genuine care. he made us feel truly welcomed. The little things made, like hot water bottles waiting in our room at night and even placed in the safari jeep for those chilly early drives. These thoughtful touches left a lasting impression. I booked PrideInn myself, which is not a typical move at Masai Mara (usually a tour provider would sort everything out for you for a hefty fee), so I was prepared for things to be a little patchy. Instead, PrideInn defied my expectations at every turn, and ensured that everything was as smooth and seamless for me and my group. Service is outstanding, from the frontperson (Edison and Sylvia), the restaurant staff (Ambani and Dominic) to the guards, the cleaning personnel, waiters, chefs and bartenders. No one spared a smile or a kind gesture and were committed to meet us in our needs and special requirements. Rooms (whether tents or cottages) were exceedingly comfortable and well equipped — proper mattresses, thick blankets, clean towels, toileteries offered, plenty of power outlets, sufficient lighting, hot water (actually hot) running without an issue. Common areas strategically located by the Talek river are a delight. Food was plentiful and delicious. Something for every taste. I am vegan and never found myself wanting; chef was there to answer my questions on ingredients and special dietary requests were met within minutes. Ambani took care of organizing for us a packed breakfast for our esrly morning game drive, making sure that every box was marked with name and packed with the specific things we had selected the night before. For a person with high standards is such a joy to leave an accommodation without a qualm or complaint, only with the certainty that I will come back.

Neptune Mara Rianta luxury Camp is situated in the north of the Masai Mara. This luxury-tented camp overlooks the Mara River and is surrounded by wildlife. The property is great! Amenities. Staff. Very well accomplished! The games drives…. Ufff exceptional.

Firstly, To be honest, this resort was an amazing experience for us rather than a stay. It's hands down the best one I've ever been to. From the incredibly friendly staff to the stunning rooms, everything about this place is a delight. I want to start by expressing my gratitude to the amazing staff here. They treat you like family and are so incredibly kind-hearted. They go above and beyond to fulfill your every request, taking care of your needs day and night. Their genuine concern for your well-being is truly heartwarming. And let's talk about the food - it's indescribably delicious. They serve dishes which are similar to Michelin-starred restaurants. Be it any cuisine, they serve you!. We enjoyed their speedy internet too. The drivers here are also exceptional. They have a wealth of knowledge, respect for nature, and everyone they encounter. They know exactly where to go and are incredibly organized. Overall, the standout feature of this place is definitely the staff and the entire resort itself. Highlight of our trip was that we easily managed to sight hippos, Elephants from their observation desk. I would give it a solid 10/10 without hesitation.

Acacia Hotel is in a very good location, by the Talek River and it is very convenient to take a hot air balloon in the morning. The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy, equipped with emergency lights at night. The staff are super enthusiastic. As soon as we get off the car, they will hand us hot towels and drinks. The restaurant is my favorite, very good taste and there are many kinds of buffets. The desserts are quite delicious. It is even more interesting to book a bush dinner in advance. There is also a big antelope in the hotel, and you will see it leisurely walking by you. I highly recommend this hotel.

Situated along the Talek River on the Northern Boundary of the Masai Mara Game Reserve, Mara Leisure Camp offers accommodation in what is considered a prime wildlife area. Very beautifull place!!! Highly recommend to everyone. Almost from the reception you can see animals already. Stuff in the hotel are all super nice and kind, help with everything you need. Good and nice security.. his job is fighting with baboons mostly. What is also important hotel is always replying emai and contacted me on whats appl, if you have any qiestions before booking and need transfer, game rides, anything, they will contact you explain you everything, offer options and give whatever you need service for reasonable prices. Thank you very much guys hope to come again!
