We were staying for one night but after arriving almost immediately decided to stay for another day after such an excellent check-in process. The hotel is beautiful and cared for, the corridors and other facilities speak for itself. We enjoyed every minute and didn't want to go out, feeling so relaxed and cozy. The location was great with many bars and restaurants nearby, along with sightseeing places to spend time outside. It was also a convenient location because of a lot of nearby parking spots for carsharing cars.

The hotel still has this historical charm and authentic Lithuanian vibes, and beautiful Christmas decorations. The location is just perfect and the staff is very friendly. We got a huge room (upgrade), which for this price was a really great deal. Also, when we checked out, I forgot my jewelry in the room. Within 30min after the checkout I got a phone call from the hotel about the forgotten jewelry and was able to pick it up - very helpful and proactive staff! The service at the breakfast was also very friendly and fast.

Each air-conditioned room is individually decorated with unique frescoes, wall paintings, and original 16th-century ceilings. All rooms overlook the old town. The rooms feature a minibar, flat-screen satellite TV, and a bathroom with hairdryer. The location was fantastic and the breakfast was lovely. The gentleman on reception on the evening of our last stay was very helpful and kind and came up to our room with some chocolates.

The fine dining restaurant Imperial serves international and Lithuanian dishes. The California Bar & Restaurant serves drinks and light snacks. In the mornings, Champagne Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice is available. In summer, the courtyard features outdoor seating for the restaurant. All guests receive a welcome drink at the bar. The interior is a little worn but I don’t mind. The staff was superfriendly and prepared a breakfast to take away at 5:00 in the morning!

Nice veggie dinner. My fave breakfast food in a bowl of porridge with blurberries, banana and honey. Also caprese and bread. I liked the Asian vibe, the decor, the aroma and the sounds of gentle indian chanting.
