Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially front desk. I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, rooms are magnificent, ask for forest views, they have charming forest in the resort, ask front desk to arrange lunch in the resort forest,

Bensouda Riad’s rooftop terrace provides views of the medina. It has a traditional Moroccan tent where guests can relax and an upper terrace overlooking the Atlas Mountains. Guests also have access to the riad’s hammam, where beauty treatments and massages are available. Beautiful Ryad, nice locality, very good breakfast and the best was the staff: my girlfriend broke a tooth on a Friday night, at the dinner. On the next morning (note that it’s a Saturday morning!) the staff was super helpful and got us an appointment (after several fone calls!!!) in a very good Dentist! Congratulations, anytime that I will come to Fes, that’s the place!:)

The Riad is located near the main road and is only a five minute walk to the blue gate. The staff are warm and welcoming and even packed a take away breakfast the day I was leaving early to the Sahara Desert. The room and washroom were immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable to sleep on. The Riad also offers great tour deals and will ensure all the details are taken care of so you’re able to just enjoy the experience. Would definitely stay here again next time visiting Fez. Riad also very clean and quiet. Breakfast was fabulous. It’s about 15min ti the blue gate . Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a year-round outdoor pool. By far, the entire staff, especially Amin and Hayat, were extremely professional and helpful! This was one of the best staffs we have ever encountered! Our son, Dorian, became ill due to the heat at the beach in Rabat and the staff helped us at night and the next two days with him. They did not have to provide so much support. They supported our every request. We loved the conversations with Hayat and other staff members. It is very important to us to speak with the staff, if we can. It helps with the vibe of the place. The location of Riad Louna is superb! We stayed at Riad Louna for 6 days and used it as our "base camp." We did individual tours with our tour guide, Adil Loula, each of the 6 days. We visited the Fes Medina, military museum, Volubilis (Wow!), Meknes, toured and spent 3 hours on the beach in Rabat, Middle Atlas Mountains, Irene, and Chefchaouen ("the Santorini of Morocco") plus other panoramic locations. It was nice to return to the riad after a long day and rest in our large family room. The most upper terrace of the riad was nice in the evening - so relaxing and peaceful!

The food is also great, and they are very accommodating for anything we needed, and the host spoke (at the least) English and French. The room was nice, and we had a great time! We even asked for a recommendation one night, and he escorted us to the restaurant and everything! I would definitely go back!

Their unmatched service, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated my entire Fes experience. This Riad is relatively new, boasting only six beautifully designed rooms, but it already sets a gold standard for service and style. The infrastructure is modern yet authentically Moroccan, blending traditional design with comfort and luxury. The warm welcome with Moroccan tea was the perfect beginning to an unforgettable stay. What stood out the most was the breakfast – an extensive, delicious, and beautifully presented spread that I looked forward to more than any meal during my trip. From freshly baked bread and pastries to traditional Moroccan delights, it was a breakfast I will remember for a long time. The rooftop is another highlight: a cozy and stylish seating area with a Jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the medina. To top it off, I discovered that the owner's brother runs a nearby restaurant called Fondouk Bazaar, just a 5-minute walk from the Riad. At first, I didn’t realize it was part of the same family, but once I dined there, everything made sense – the quality, cleanliness, and service mirrored what I experienced at the Riad. The food was absolutely incredible, with an open kitchen and immaculate atmosphere. Hands down, one of the best meals I had in Morocco. Riad Dar Timrad is a rare find – a place where luxury, warmth, and authenticity meet. The owner truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is taken care of, and it shows in every detail.
