Located on the famous Boulevard La Croisette in Cannes, Hôtel Martinez - in the Unbound Collection by Hyatt is a 5-star hotel featuring a private beach, which is accessible for an extra charge. amazing location, we came by train from Nice and had 15 min walk from the train station to our hotel. The beach is sandy and nice and has a lot of restaurant options. Cannes old town is very close and the hotel has an amazing garden and heated outside swimming poll and nice gym that I enjoyed even on a rainy day. Our room faced the garden and the Cannes hills and the view was so nice and was very quiet. The Reception staff was amazing and friendly and the Concierge was so nice and they helped us to rent a cute car that was delivered to us right at the hotel at the requested hour.

The hotel is just great: Everything is new (the hotel was opened in December 2024), the service provided by all staff members is amazing (lobby, concierge, valet parking, waiters) and the spa facilities are really nice (indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room / hammam, sauna). They were also very generous to allow to check out very late. Also the location is really good.

We had an amazing apartment with all the comforts of a high-class hotel. A small, perfectly designed and equipped kitchen. An extremely comfortable bed. Excellent location near the old city. The room has been renovated and furnisthed recently, it was done nicely and it was very clean. I absolutely loved this place. Stephan and his wife who are the owners of this place made our stay exceptionally great. I don't write reviews but this stay was so special and perfect everyway possible. The location, breakfast, hospitality, rooms, pool, recommendations were just mazing. I will go back again and again.
