We loved the place. Probably the most beautiful hotel we’ve ever been to. We got lucky to be there in May and there was no one. So peaceful. The lagoon is beautiful, the water is clear and blue, way more beautiful than the sea. The rooms are perfect. Isolated, with great products, a great bed, and the exterior shower is amazing.

Hotel was very nice with a great location and lovely beach for the family. What stood out was the customer service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Especially the Manager Oswaldo who allowed us to switch our dates around at no extra cost while we were there so that we could visit Bacalar when the weather was windy on the coast. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Care taken for design and architecture. Relaxing atmosphere with daily yoga, library and free bicycles. Location is quiet spot close to center square. Breakfast is also great! Sincerely recommend staying here when in bacalar!
