Great hotel and outstanding service. Everyone is so nice and makes you feel so welcome. We were always greeted with a smile, and they called us by our name from the very start till the end. The breakfast is delicious, and a great plus is that a shuttle and boat is available to take you to Papaya beach everyday. The beach is beautiful and has few people (pictures attached). We would definitely stay here if we came to El Nido again.

The staff is super helpful and nice and we were very touched by the warm welcome. The food in the restaurant is delicious and it is very pleasant to sit there with the talented singer and the guitar. The highlight is of course the breathtaking view, the stunning beach and the pleasant atmosphere.

It’s not a high-end Bangkok 5-star hotel, but it’s definitely one of the best you’ll find in Palawan. We were in a luxury hotel next to the airport before this resort at a price more than double and if we got to know, we would have come before... But it was full. It is a hotel of few cabins, privacy, clean and in a natural paradise 40 minutes from El Nido and next to some waterfalls. to those who like nature and be in discreet places, it's a good option. The view is unique

She organize ererything for us, all the pick ups and also a boat trip. She actually waited for us by the beach once we came back.from.the boat tour with the key of our bungalow. She, and whole of her family, made us very welcome.

Free WiFi is available in public areas and private parking is available on site. This was my first solo trip after the passing of my husband over a year ago. I was a bit apprehensive, but I had an amazing time because of the kindness of the staff and the secure and comforting facilities. I loved the jazz music in the restaurant, the kind consideration of everyone, and most importantly, the small things. Everyone seemed to remember your name, despite the large facility. I'm so incredibly grateful for the experience, and I look forward to returning 🙏

The place is unique, located in an incredible island, 20 min boat ride from El Nido Port. First, the way from the airport from the hotel was great, super easy and comfortable. Then, we really loved the food they served in the restaurant (different options and all were great). Then, if you are looking for island hoping or scuba diving , you can already book the tours directly in the hotel. Finally, staff was the best. Always trying to help, assist you or making a recommendation. Special thanks to Pirlyn that was always there to help us with our tours and also to Remar, our tour guide for island hoping looking up for new places regardless of the weather.
