I would like to point out the waitress Frezel, she is one of the kindnes. We received welcome drink, very good coctail. All resort is very nice, clean and well maintained. The Beach is gorgeous, you have a free seats, loungers, hanging net, kayak, beach towels, etc. They bring you drink and food on the Beach, If you want so. Houses are nice equiped, you cannot imagine anything better than a great view on the beach/sea from your house teracce which is 10 meter away. There is a security guy 24/7 present at the Beach, so you can realy enjoy the peace in the palm swadow. And there are also Baywatch guys present from 6 AM to 6 PM. I would thank them once again, since we had a bad experience in the water, so thanks God they were there🙏 At the resort they also organized all the trips for us. All the time of the trips, there was present one of the staff with us, so we felt realy like a kings there. If you prefer the pool instead of sea, there is a nice pool with bar in the middle of the resort. Food at the restaurant was also very delicious, they make their best for you. I would definetelly recomend this, you can take few days here, you won't regret. I hope I will come back once.

The place is very quiet and a real oasis. It is a very large area, everything is spacious. This also applies to the rooms. We got an entire house with a huge bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The latter has a shower and a bathtub. I've stayed at many hotels in Puerto Princesa, as my wife and I live on the island. But I've never seen anything like this. Truly extraordinary. The property appears to be well maintained, is monitored 24 hours a day, and the staff are very helpful. The pool is also clean and seems to be cleaned every day. The internet is pretty fast (Starlink), and there's a router in the room. There's also a refrigerator, air conditioning, and plenty of storage space. Practical and efficient.

The staff are excellent and the hotel is modern and very clean. We stayed here for 2 nights only so wanted to be close to the airport and it was perfect. The pool and gym are excellent and the breakfast is good. The hotel organised for us to see the underground river too.

A 20-minute boat ride from the beautiful Subterranean Underground River, Four Points by Sheraton Palawan Puerto Princesa enjoys a quiet location on Sabang Beach in Puerto Princesa City. The bedroom is the perfect size. The bed and pillows are super comfortable and in general everything is very clean and perfectly maintained. The staff is super friendly and it's a very safe place. Also the food was surprisingly good. Very recommended.
