I liked the whole hotel ambiance, the entry, the lobby, corridors and the rooms off course. The guest attendant Ms. Ayesha was very cooperative and supportive. She always engaged with the guests for the services and any difficulties to be addressed immediately. Her attitude towards the guests was really remarkable and that left with a feel of familiarity with that place. I will always love to prefer Park Lane for my stay every time in Lahore.

The living room was perfect for spending time together, watching movies, and chatting late into the night. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved that we could walk to nearby cafes and restaurants within minutes. Even though it’s in the heart of the city, it felt private and peaceful inside. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the lighting to the soft linens. The staff made check-in and check-out super smooth.

We booked three apartments for our team, and from start to finish, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring all our requests were met. The apartments were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, featuring private terraces, comfortable lounges, and full kitchen facilities. While we didn’t get a chance to cook due to our busy schedule, we enjoyed fresh food delivered right to our doorstep.
