It is 10 km from the centre of Castelo de Paiva, 40 km from Porto, 60 km from Porto International Airport and 160 km from the Spanish border. The views from the property and our room were breathtaking. The room was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the included breakfast, and found the onsite restaurants to be quite good. We loved the indoor pool and also took advantage of the babysitting services. Everything about our stay was wonderful.

Wonderful property and highly recommended. Beautiful decor, comfortable rooms and the best swimming pool! The property manager Andre was exceptionally helpful with everything we needed. We had a delightful wine tasting with the owner and the wines were the best we tried in the region (the Vivaldi music playing in the cellars must really work!).

The beds were super comfortable. There is everything in the kitchen you need to create a lovely meal. This was very welcome after weeks of travelling I enjoyed being able to prepare delicious food for my family.

The property is beautiful, the hotel is unique in so many aspects, and the staff is exceptional! We had a very unfortunate issue that had absolutely nothing to do with the hotel, we contacted local authorities who were unable to provide us with the support we needed, we decided to contact the hotel management to see if they could assist us and they went above and beyond to anything anyone could have ever expected. Thank you very much to the hotel Director - Ms. Susana and the staff she gathered to help us in a very difficult moment. They provided us with an exceptional overall experience during our stay and, because of this we will certainly return to the hotel and recommend it to all our close friends and family.
