The seafront 4-star hotel Aqua Natura Bay in Madeira features an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna and a hot tub. A gym is also available, as well as an on-site diving centre. The hotel was immaculate; we were greeted with a drink upon check-in which immediately made us feel at home. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room had a beautiful view of the ocean which made for beautiful sun rises. The food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The walk-ability of the area is amazing; there are nice restaurants all around and beautiful scenery every where you turn. The indoor pool was an absolute plus.

Located in Levadas, Hotel Riu Madeira - All Inclusive features a restaurant, fitness centre and bar. This 4-star hotel offers free WiFi. Every room is equipped with a balcony. Every element of the hotel was top class, the variety of food in the restaurant, which changed daily, meant we were never disappointed. All the staff were super helpful, attentive and friendly. There was a shuttle bus n and out of Funchal, and we never failed to get the time we wanted, however as it was April, I’m not sure that would be the case in the height of summer. There is so much to see and do in Madeira, very impressed on our first visit to this Island, it won’t be our last!
