The location was just near the forest and the ski tracks in the center of Kopaonik. The staff was very polite and usefull at the same time. The hotel has wonderful SPA center with everything you need. I enjoyed the very delicious food made at the hotel restaurant. All was just perfect. I`m looking forward to be their guest soon.

The location is perfect, from the hotel entrance directly to the slopes... although I am vegetarian, the food was so varied that I always had something to eat.

The place was modern and comfy. Everything felt new and well taken care of. It has a lot of appliances that make everything feel convenient. The view was a big plus, nice to wake up to.
