New bathrooms, nice spa and entertainment room, very comfy living room with huge TV. Remote location with beautiful views. The house is right next to the start of popular hike to mountain Sviniak. Also right next to the bus stop going to the starting point of popular Soča trail. Walking distance to the river and camp restaurant. Short drive to Bovec town.

Superb breakfast especially the chef who is very friendly and do his job with passion. Room was spacious and with nice views of the mountains. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home! Our host was incredibly friendly, always approachable, and took the time to explain everything in detail, including great local attractions and day-trip ideas. Our children absolutely loved the family dog, Bella, who lives at the property, and also enjoyed feeding the goats. There was even an opportunity to learn about the host’s own beehive, which unfortunately we didn’t have time to experience during our short stay. We also received fresh vegetables from the host’s own garden, which was a lovely personal touch. Additionally, wellness massages are offered on site, adding a relaxing touch to the stay. The house itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a toaster, hand mixer, and a crepe pan. The garden was amazing – plenty of space, playmates for the kids, the goats, and the dog. We enjoyed peaceful surroundings in the mountains with breathtaking views. It was the perfect mix of relaxation, nature, and family-friendly fun. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway in a beautiful setting.
