Amazing staff, so polite, great service, superb hygiene around the whole hotel. Location in the city center. Everything was perfect. Should we come to Bratislava again, we wouldnt even bother to look other place to stay. Highly recommend.

Location couldn’t be better just a few mins walk to Old Town Centre and 1 minute from tram. Very modern hotel with large rooms comfortable bed very quiet and a great buffet breakfast in the mornings. Staff were very polite and friendly. It was just across the road from the main Police station too ! I will definitely stay at Hotel Avance upon my return to Bratislava. It was also excellent value for money.

Marrol's Boutique Hotel is 5-star hotel located in Bratislava city centre, within a walking distance to the historical Old Town. 初めてブラチスラバに行きました。家族で泊まれる部屋を探してマロルズホテルを選びました。 ここのホテルを選んで本当に良かったです。フロントの人も丁寧で優しく迎えてくれて、フロントに暖炉もあり、子供達はとても喜びました。 部屋はとても清潔で、暖かく快適でした。 夜にルームサービスを頼みましたが、見た目もオシャレで、味もとっても美味しくて最高でした。 海外のホテルでこんなに最高なホテルはなかなか無いくらい良かったです！

Everything from check in to check out .... the kind and friendly receptionist, not sure of names but the gentleman and young lady was extremely kind and helpful. Wonderful people
